Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 20, 2020, Jonathan Insull, President of Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. (the Company), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Company on or before June 30, 2021. Mr. Insulls resignation did not involve any disagreements with the Company with regard to its operations, policies or practices.
